Our Story

Nikolis is a former government executive and seasoned diplomat, having served at the U.S. Department of State, with over two decades in the foreign affairs arena and expertise in public policy spanning the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific. Prior to founding StratAlliance, he was the Director for International Partnerships at the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD), where he led international cyber engagements at the White House.

Having spent a significant portion of his life in Asia, he is trilingual, speaking both Mandarin and Japanese. Nikolis received a Master’s in Global Studies from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa.
